PHM Health is proud to be a Bronze Pledge Partner with Soldier On, an independent, not-for-profit organisation delivering holistic support services that enable current and former Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel, and their families, to lead meaningful civilian lives. The Soldier On Pledge is a way for veterans and their families to easily recognise veteran-supportive organisations like ours; we’ve signed The Pledge make a true commitment to supporting veterans and their families secure their future careers, in collaboration with the Soldier On Pathways Program.
