Effective the 29th of June 2022, we will be introducing a Cost-of-Living-SW-Allowance (COLSA).
For casual support workers in our metro region, the COLSA increase will be a total of 12.5% ($32.61 per hour). For permanent support workers in our metro, regional and rural regions, the COLSA increase will be a total of 11.5% ($32.07 per hour). Senior support staff will receive $34.60 per hour and will also receive the COLSA increase of $173.08 per fortnight. The COLSA increase will not apply to casual support staff in our regional areas.
