PHM Health’s response to COVID-19. Update 26/3/2020 We at PHM Health are committed to ensure the health and safety of all our staff, participant and connected networks we work with. We are still providing service in an unmodified form within the limits and orders from the Australian Government, Health and all other peak bodies related to the NDIS. Given the current and what seems to be ever changing direction, our service provision will have to respond to these directions and may require us too make changes within a very short period of time. As we are classed as an Essential Service will continue to provide this service and meet all obligations and commitments. We have put further provisions on place of developing many virtual programs that we will give to all workers to use for participants. Over the course of the weeks coming, we will be calling each and every participant to work with them to ensure they continue to gain services.
