After two decades in Aged and Disability Care, the Director, Damien Ferguson, decided it was time to follow his passions and put his wealth of experience into a new foundation. He also had a strong interest in IT and decided to merge the two. Thus began Purple Hive Media in 2013, a combined IT and community welfare focused organisation. In those early days, the company was based in Narrandera (near Wagga Wagga).

The Health Division initially had only one client. Proudly, that client is still with us today. 

Development continued until we became a registered NDIS provider in 2018. In early 2019, the company grew rapidly, moving into new offices in Belfield, with administrative and recruitment staff coming onboard. We have established an excellent reputation within the NDIS industry and now employ over sixty support workers. A huge success story that we are proud of and equally grateful for. Our responsibility is of course, to our wonderful clients. We couldn’t do this without them.

Our goal is to enrich the lives of those in need, and their loved ones, by helping them to make decisions over their own lives, whilst always observing our highly regarded responsibility to provide professional and compassionate care.
