Damien created PHM Health and is the CEO. With over 23 years experience working within the community welfare sector, the organisation works with many NDIS participants. He has worked in most states of Australia and overseas. He has also had the opportunity to work in many regional and remote areas of Australia. This has allowed him to gain experience working in Indigenous communities. 

Damien’s main focus is “….to ensure all participants are doing as much for themselves as often as they can.”  This is part of the company’s motto, to empower clients and avoid dependency whilst providing a safe, compassionate and professional service.
